Had no idea how much difference a five year age gap makes. The music is very, hauntingly, familiar, but I can't quite place it. The music of my youth was very much different. I had gangsta rap and RNB and we were just waving goodbye to the butterfly, and hello to the the gangsta walk or some such nonsense. It didn't make sense, but that's just how we (had to) rolled.
