Now that I’ve realised kuti I can actually do the whole “be more active” thing, it’s time to step it up a notch.
I’m talking gym, more time on the bike, a bit of basketball or tennis on the weekend. I’m still in pain, and my thighs feel like logs, but it’s possible.
Now I’ve had another idea. When was the last time I shaved my head?
